Head Chef — Lead a High-Energy Latin Kitchen

Las Iguanas is hiring a hands-on Head Chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen. You’ll set the standard, inspire and train your team, and manage costs while keeping food bold and consistent. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive restaurant success and develop a kitchen team that’s proud of what they deliver daily.

You’ll lead from the front, balancing creativity with control, and cultivate a culture of energy, structure and accountability across the kitchen.
