Head Chef — Lead Kitchen, Growth Path & Flexible Hours

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across one of our pubs. You will drive food quality, hygiene and speed of service while inspiring and developing your kitchen crew. You’ll work closely with the pub management team to create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll have prior Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience, or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef role. A dynamic, hands-on leader who can raise the bar is essential.
