Head Chef: Menu Innovation & Growth Lead (4pm-12am)

Collins King & Associates Limited is seeking a hands-on head chef to lead a small team of 6 in a members-only club with a modern Mediterranean restaurant in south west London.

The role offers a £40-45K salary plus KPI bonuses, with shifts 4pm–midnight four days a week and one 11am–7pm day. You will have freedom to develop the menu and will be responsible for boosting food sales and controlling labour and food costs. A dynamic, international clientèle requires flexibility with cuisines.
