Head Chef – Modern British Grill (West London)

COREcruitment in London is seeking a Head Chef to lead a Michelin Guide-listed British grill restaurant in Chelsea. You will drive a turnaround project, lead a brigade of 10-12 chefs, and report to the chef director.

This is a project role with significant autonomy to improve operations, profitability, and menu development, with a salary 70-80k plus discretionary bonus. A strong financial acumen and hands-on leadership are essential.
