Head Chef – Premium Stadium Kitchen Lead (London)

COREcruitment is seeking a Hospitality Head Chef to lead the premium kitchen at a major London stadium. You will oversee the food offering across the à la carte restaurant, hospitality buffets, executive suites, private boxes and premium event spaces, delivering high-volume, high-quality menus.

Reporting to the Head of Culinary, you'll develop menus, manage ordering, stock and costs, and drive safety, hygiene and presentation standards across all events.
