Head Chef: Special Diets & Menu Leadership

TLC Care is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at one of their care homes. You will organise and control the production of quality meals within budget while upholding high hygiene standards.

You will recruit and train staff, develop menus with sustainable produce, and ensure dietary needs (Kosher, Halal, vegan, vegetarian) are met, including ordering and stock management.
