Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Chefs and Catering Assistants.
• Organise rotas, set objectives, and identify training needs.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and compliance with dietary requirements.
• Oversee production planning, stock control, and waste management.
• Manage catering budgets and support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

What We\'re Looking For

• Experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
• Strong knowledge of Allergens, food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A positive, hands-on approach
