Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus that align with the restaurant's brand and customer expectations.

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and health codes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation across various cuisines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in menu planning, costing, and inventory management software.
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., Level 3 Food Safety certification).
