We are looking for a Head Chef to join the team. The ideal candidate will already have senior sous chef or head chef experience and have past experience in running the kitchen. The candidate will be responsible for all areas within the kitchen and including ordering, rotas, menu design, event planning. This is an ideal position for someone who is wanting to stamp their mark on the food operation within this thriving hotel.
