Location: Cobham, Surrey
Salary / Rate of Pay: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Tronc

What's involved?
As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, strong team leadership and efficient kitchen operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the kitchen team.
- Creating and costing seasonal menus.
- Delivering consistently high-quality food using fresh ingredients.
- Managing stock, GP and kitchen performance.
- Running busy services and leading by example.
- Training both BOH and FOH teams on new menu launches.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
