Job Description
Head Chef required for Busy Luxury Hotel & Venue
Our client is recruiting a Head Chef to assist the Executive Head Chef in the running of the mulit-outlet kitchens for their luxury hotel & venue based in Hertfordshire. The role is to oversee both the restaurant & banqueting kitchens and run service. The role has the opportunity to progress to Head Chef level in future so is an exellent opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to progress.

The Role -
- Support and coaching and training of Chef's
- Hygiene and Health & Safety Training
- Cost and Margin Control
- Producing Fresh Seasonal Meals for restaurants/events/wedding at the property
- Running service and encouraging junior chefs
The Person -
- Excellent Communicator
- Must have experience at a busy Country House Hotel or venue
- Track record of Kitchen Management
- IT Skills
- Hands on Leader & Chef
