About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivating Head Coach - Swimming to lead their competitive swimming programme in Oxford . You will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-performance training strategy to foster the development of swimmers from junior to elite levels. This critical role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning abilities, and a profound knowledge of swimming techniques and training methodologies. You will inspire athletes, manage coaching staff, and work closely with club committees to achieve competitive success and promote a positive swimming culture within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of effective training programmes for all competitive swimming squads.
• Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop a team of qualified swimming coaches.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and performance-oriented team environment.
• Oversee swimmer progression, performance analysis, and goal setting.
• Collaborate with club officials and parents to ensure alignment with club objectives and athlete welfare.
