We're looking for a Head Concierge to lead the resident experience within our luxury retirement living community, The Residences.
This role would suit someone from a 5-star hospitality, concierge, front-of-house or guest relations background who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
You’ll be the main point of contact for residents, overseeing hospitality services, events, dining experiences, and ensuring every resident receives a seamless, personalised five-star experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Luxury hospitality background, ideally in a 5-star concierge or front-of-house role.
- Skills: Outstanding communication, organisational ability, and IT proficiency.
- Qualities: Immaculate presentation, proactive problem-solver, and a genuine passion for exceptional service.
- Desirable: * Customer service qualification and experience in event planning or hospitality management.
