This leadership role requires a deep understanding of golf instruction, retail management, and event coordination. You will be responsible for enhancing the golfing experience for members and guests, developing junior and adult programs, and maintaining the highest standards of service and course presentation. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf operations, including tee time management, player assistance, and club maintenance.
• Develop and deliver high-quality golf instruction, clinics, and playing lessons for golfers of all skill levels.
• Manage the pro shop inventory, merchandising, and sales, ensuring a profitable and appealing retail environment.
• Organize and execute successful golf tournaments, events, and member-guest days.
• Supervise and train assistant professionals and golf operations staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and exceptional service.
• Maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and vendors, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

Requirements

• Class AA PGA Professional qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head Golf Professional or senior role in golf operations.
• Expertise in golf swing mechanics, short game instruction, and player development strategies.
• Strong retail management and merchandising skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Experience in tournament and event management.
