Head of Asset Management – Lifecycle Delivery

Head of Asset Management – Lifecycle Delivery is responsible for defining and governing the organisation's lifecycle management, engineering assurance, reliability, maintainability and asset integrity frameworks. The role ensures assets are managed throughout their lifecycle to maximise value while balancing performance, risk and cost considerations.

The role acts as the senior technical authority for lifecycle asset management.

Essential experience

• Minimum 10 years' engineering and asset management leadership experience.

• Extensive experience in lifecycle planning and engineering assurance.

• Proven experience in reliability and maintenance strategy development.

• Experience within asset-intensive and highly regulated industries.

Desirable experience

• Experience leading enterprise engineering functions.

• Experience in asset integrity and reliability improvement programmes.

• Experience supporting major capital investment programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Asset Management or related technical discipline, or demonstrable relevant experience.

• Chartered within the respective discipline.

Desirable

• IAM Diploma or equivalent.
