Head of Bars — Lead Multi-Site Cocktail Operations

Thesleff Group in London is seeking an exceptional Head of Bars to lead bar operations across our multi-site London portfolio. This hands-on role requires you to be in venues with Bar Managers, driving standards during live service and shaping a high-performance team culture.

You will partner with the Beverage Director to develop cocktails, optimise beverage revenue, and mentor managers and staff while ensuring health and safety and a premium guest experience.
