Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of blockchain engineers and developers.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap and architectural vision for the company's blockchain initiatives.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure blockchain platforms and protocols.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 years in a leadership role overseeing engineering teams.
• Extensive experience in blockchain technology , distributed systems, and cryptography.
• Proven track record of building and scaling complex blockchain solutions.
• Deep understanding of smart contract development , consensus algorithms, and various blockchain protocols.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience working in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
