Head of Business Performance & Governance

Greater London Authority (GLA) is seeking a Head of Business Performance to lead the Directorate's business management function, ensuring robust performance management, budget oversight, procurement, governance and high-quality corporate support.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the post holder will shape strategy, manage a team of Business Managers and Support Officers, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and effective decision-making.
