Excellent leadership opportunity to lead the Capital function of a global (re)insurer.

A highly strategic and commercially focused position, with responsibility for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Capital function, including ownership and development of the Internal Model and providing technical analysis and support throughout the validation process.

The role offers significant commercial influence and strategic input across business planning, underwriting strategy, reinsurance, Finance and Reserving. This is a highly visible position with regular access to, and influence across, senior stakeholders throughout the Group, including the CEO, CRO, CUO and Heads of Pricing and Reinsurance.
