An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and technically strong Commercial Property lawyer to step into a senior leadership role as Head of Commercial Property at a highly regarded regional firm in the East Midlands.
This position offers the chance to lead an established and well-performing team, with a strong existing client base and a broad commercial property offering already in place. It is an ideal role for a driven individual who is either already leading a team or is looking to take the next step into a leadership position.
The Role
As Head of Commercial Property, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the firm's regional commercial property offering. You will oversee a varied caseload while providing strategic direction, mentoring team members, and supporting business development initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing the Commercial Property team
Managing a diverse and high-quality caseload
Supporting and driving business development and client relationships
Contributing to the firm's strategic growth in the East Midlands
Mentoring and supervising junior and mid-level lawyers

About You
A technically strong Commercial Property lawyer with significant experience
Proven leadership experience, or a clear ambition to step into a leadership role
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Commercially minded with a strategic outlook
Able to inspire and develop a team
