Head of Compliance – 12-Month FTC, Insurance Regs Leader

Arthur Recruitment is partnering with a specialist insurance and reinsurance business to appoint a Head of Compliance for a 12-month FTC in London with hybrid working. This senior role leads the compliance function, advises the executive team, and maintains relations with the FCA, PRA and Lloyd’s.

The successful candidate will own the compliance strategy, act as SMF16-Compliance Oversight and SMF17-Money Laundering Reporting Officer (subject to regulatory approval), and manage a Compliance team
