Head of Compliance & Financial Crime - London

Monex is seeking a Head of Compliance in London to lead day-to-day compliance operations for MEL and MEM. You will work with the UK CEO and the International CCO to ensure regulatory alignment, develop controls, and guide the compliance culture across the business.

Key responsibilities include overseeing AML/CTF, financial crime, and CASS compliance, coordinating with the MLRO and Head of CASS, and driving regulatory change across UK operations.
