Job Description
Portofino Technologies seeks a Head of Compliance and Legal Affairs to lead regulatory, AML and financial crime functions across its crypto trading platforms. The role includes acting as MLRO for the UK entity and coordinating legal matters across UK, BVI, Switzerland and Europe.
You will work with senior management and external counsel to shape risk-based policies, oversee onboarding, screening, and regulatory filings while guiding strategic initiatives in a fast-moving trading environment.
