Head of Compliance & MLRO — Build a FinTech Policy Engine

Harmonic Finance, a London-based AI-native fintech start-up, is hiring a Head of Compliance & MLRO to build the compliance function from the ground up and lead the journey toward FCA e-money authorisation.

You will own policy creation, monitoring and reporting, serve as MLRO for AML, sanctions and transaction monitoring, and engage with the FCA while reporting directly to the founders and Board. This is an on-site role in London with equity.
