Broadgate in London is seeking a Head of Compliance & MLRO to own payments risk and AML controls on a payments platform. This role leads fraud/risk strategies, builds dashboards, and ensures FCA fit and proper compliance from the ground up.

You will drive the EMI licence through authorisation, contribute to a fast-growing AI-enabled payments business, and enjoy genuine equity as the company scales—reporting to a co-founder with minimal layers.
