Head of Compliance

To act as principal regulatory compliance lead for Utmost Holdings Isle of Man Limited (UHIOM) in respect of financial services legislation and regulation to ensure accurate and effective regulatory interpretation. To establish, implement and maintain compliance strategies, policies, procedures and training in line with the legal and regulatory obligations that the Group must operate to. Act as the Compliance Officer across UHIOM as required. Ensures positive and proactive relationships are maintained with all UHIOMs key regulators. Supports the Isle of Man Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in the delivery of all 2nd line services activity to ensure the effective management of all aspects of regulatory risk.
