Head of Construction & Apprenticeships — Lead & Elevate

Salt College is seeking a Head of Department - Construction & Apprenticeships to lead and develop our growing department, driving excellence across study programmes and apprenticeships. You will design the curriculum, oversee delivery, and foster strong employer partnerships.

The role requires a recognised construction qualification, a teaching qualification (DET/DTLLS/QTLS) and experience leading teams in a construction training environment. In-person leadership is essential.
