Head of Credit & Lending Operations

Fintelligent Search is seeking a Head of Credit to lead lending operations and set credit strategy across the full lending lifecycle. This senior role demands ownership of credit standards, portfolio performance and the operational capability supporting the lending process.

You will shape policy, improve processes and build a scalable credit function while influencing underwriting, loan management and portfolio risk. Hybrid working is offered.
