About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative Head of Crop Science to join their team in Cardiff . Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A PhD or Master's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Crop Science, or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience in agricultural research and development, with a strong publication record.
• Expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation for agricultural research.
• Proven ability to lead scientific projects and manage research teams effectively.
• Familiarity with modern breeding techniques, plant pathology, and soil science.
