Head of Crypto Product Development

About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Head of Crypto Product Development to lead their product strategy and execution within the digital asset space, based out of their Oxford office. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, overseeing the development lifecycle, and ensuring the successful launch of innovative crypto and blockchain-based products. This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and the technical intricacies of the blockchain ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and establishing market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all crypto product initiatives .
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user studies to identify opportunities and validate product concepts.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and launch of new products and features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on digital products, preferably in the crypto or blockchain industry .
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technology products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and NFTs.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
