Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the logistics department, encompassing warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Optimize supply chain operations to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Implement and enforce stringent health and safety protocols within all logistics facilities.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor operations, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior logistics or supply chain management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale logistics operations and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and warehousing best practices.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
