Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for digital learning technologies, aligned with institutional goals and pedagogical best practices.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of IT professionals, instructional designers, and support staff dedicated to digital learning.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other critical educational technology platforms.
• Foster innovation in digital learning by researching and piloting emerging technologies and pedagogical approaches.
• Ensure the effective integration of technology into the curriculum and support for faculty and students in its use.
• Manage the budget for digital learning technologies, ensuring efficient resource allocation and return on investment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to data privacy, security, and accessibility for digital learning environments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Significant experience in a leadership role managing educational technology or IT services in a higher education setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital learning strategies.
• Deep understanding of current trends in educational technology, online learning, and pedagogical innovation.
• Strong project management, budget management, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
