About the Role

Our client is looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Digital Learning to lead their online education strategy from a remote base in Glasgow, Scotland, UK . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overarching strategy for digital learning across the organization.
• Lead and manage the digital learning team, including instructional designers, technologists, and content specialists.

• Identify and integrate emerging educational technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure the quality, accessibility, and scalability of all digital learning offerings.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading digital learning initiatives, preferably in a higher education or corporate training environment.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team leadership, and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of e-learning platforms , instructional design methodologies, and online pedagogy.
• Strong understanding of educational technology trends and their application.
