About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Digital Learning to lead the transformation of educational delivery at their Leeds campus. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital learning strategy, ensuring the integration of innovative technologies and pedagogical approaches. You will champion the use of digital tools to enhance student engagement, accessibility, and learning outcomes, working closely with faculty, IT, and administrative departments. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for digital learning across the institution.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in digital learning or educational technology.
• Proven success in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies.
• Deep understanding of current trends and best practices in online and blended learning.
• Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and enterprise educational technologies.
