Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead their digital initiatives in a fully remote capacity. You will manage a team of digital marketing professionals, foster innovation, and ensure the effective use of data to optimize performance and achieve ambitious business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the creation and execution of targeted digital campaigns designed to drive qualified leads and customer engagement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze digital marketing performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, recommending innovative approaches.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, product, and IT, to ensure alignment and integrated campaign execution.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that achieve significant business outcomes.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing , email automation, and content strategy.
- Proven experience managing remote teams and fostering a productive distributed work environment.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms.
