Key Responsibilities

- Oversee social media presence, creating compelling content, managing communities, and running targeted campaigns.
- Analyse digital marketing performance using key metrics and tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a remote team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and results-driven execution.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in digital marketing leadership, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful online strategies, preferably in the charity sector .
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and analytics platforms.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and optimising for ROI.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
