About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company's digital operations strategy , focusing on scalability, efficiency, and security.
• Oversee the performance and uptime of all digital platforms and services, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Lead and manage a distributed team of digital operations specialists and engineers.
• Develop and implement robust monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery plans for digital assets.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams on new feature rollouts and infrastructure enhancements.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and operational costs to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital operations management , with a focus on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote, high-performing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with site reliability engineering (SRE) best practices and performance tuning.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
