The successful Achievement Director of Performing Arts will:

Have strong experience teaching Drama and Performing Arts

Be able to lead and manage the Drama department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning

Be dedicated to raising the achievement of all pupils through high standards and expectations

Be able to work as part of a vibrant and energetic team

Provide a positive and effective learning environment for all pupils

Inspire, challenge and motivate learners across Years 7 13

Promote the school ethos across the whole school

Key Requirements Achievement Director of Performing Arts

Experience teaching Drama / Performing Arts

Experience in a Head of Department / Phase Leader capacity

A passion and dedication for teaching and supporting young people

Strong leadership and organisational skills
