The successful Achievement Director of Performing Arts will:

• Have strong experience teaching Drama and Performing Arts
• Be able to lead and manage the Drama department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
• Be dedicated to raising the achievement of all pupils through high standards and expectations
• Be able to work as part of a vibrant and energetic team
• Provide a positive and effective learning environment for all pupils
• Inspire, challenge and motivate learners across Years 7-13
• Promote the school ethos across the whole school

• Strong leadership and organisational skills
