Head of Employment Law – Partner & Practice Leader

Redkite Law is seeking a Partner / Head of Employment in Cardiff, Swansea or Cirencester with flexible hybrid working. You will continue as an active senior fee earner while leading the Employment team, guiding strategy and developing client relationships across the region.

You will bring substantial Employment law expertise, leadership experience, and a track record of growing and developing a profitable practice within a law firm setting.
