Head of Engagement & Community Growth (Remote)

CIWEM Head of Engagement is a UK-based, permanent role with remote work and regular UK travel. You will lead our 14 regional communities and international networks, partnering with volunteer committees and CIWEM teams to turn engagement into measurable growth and impact.

You will develop a consistent operating model, strengthen relationships with chairs and leads, and shape governance, budgeting and performance measures to deliver a high-quality member experience across the network.
