About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Engineering to lead their globally distributed engineering team. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role .
• Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams, preferably in a remote setting.

• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing budgets and resources for engineering projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
