About the Role

Our client is looking for an inspirational and experienced Head of English Language Arts to lead their department in Cardiff . Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the English Language Arts department, including curriculum planning and staff development.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field.
• Substantial experience (8+ years) in English education, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, pedagogical innovation, and student assessment.
• Strong understanding of literary theory and critical analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
