Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the English Literature department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to enhance achievement in literary studies.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in English Literature or a related humanities field.
• Significant experience teaching English Literature at secondary and/or A-Level.
• Proven leadership experience within an English department.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
