Head of Facilities & Estates | Strategic Leader

AWD online is seeking a Head of Facilities to lead a large, complex estate based in Plymouth. You will oversee estates management, maintenance operations, contractor performance and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

In this senior role you will shape facilities strategy, manage CAPEX programmes, develop budgets and report to senior stakeholders, aligning facilities activity with business objectives and risk controls.
