This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing College at North Devon College, based in Barnstaple as Head of Faculty for Construction, Engineering & Motor Vehicle (CEM).

We're looking for an ambitious and inspirational leader to build on the success of a thriving vocational faculty at North Devon College in Barnstaple. As we continue to expand our curriculum, strengthen employer partnerships and invest in the future of technical education, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping what comes next. As we continue to invest in the growth and future success of the Faculty, we're also recruiting for a Deputy Head of Faculty, creating a rare opportunity to shape the leadership, culture and direction of the provision together from the outset.

What you'll do

As Head of Faculty, you'll:

• Lead the Construction, Engineering & Motor Vehicle Faculty, setting a clear vision for excellence.
• Create a culture where outstanding teaching, learning and student achievement are at the heart of everything we do.
• Drive quality improvement, performance and learner outcomes across the faculty.
• Lead, support and challenge teaching, assessment and support staff to achieve their very best.
• Develop strong employer partnerships that enhance the student experience and respond to industry needs.
• Play an active role within the College Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction and continued success of the College.
