Head of Finance Partnering - 12‑Month Maternity Cover

Swim England is seeking an experienced Head of Finance Partnering on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity‑cover basis. You will lead a team of three Finance Partners and oversee budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and external reporting.

You will drive improvements in financial understanding and decision‑making, embed Oracle NetSuite, and streamline month‑end processes in collaboration with budget holders and senior stakeholders.
