Head of Finance | Strategic FP&A & Leadership (Hybrid)

Adapro Talent Partners are recruiting a Head of Finance for a Buckinghamshire based SME. The role leads FP&A, maintains month-end reporting, and drives process improvements across the finance function.

Eligible candidates will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications with around 5 years PQE, strong Excel and Business Central skills, and a track record of strategic financial leadership in wholesale/stock environments. Onsite four days a week with one remote day.
