Head of Finance - Strategy, Growth & Governance

Huntress represents a client on the outskirts of Colchester seeking a Head of Finance to join the senior team. You will shape strategy, support growth and provide financial insight while leading governance and reporting.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA qualification, extensive leadership experience, and strong budgeting, forecasting and regulatory expertise. Hybrid working is available after 3–6 months, with an office base and free parking on-site.
