Head of Finance - Warwick / Hybrid - £80,000 - £100,000 - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
As commercial Head of Finance you will take full responsibility for the P&L and management accounting, and lead a small team to support the wider business strategically and from a finance perspective. This role will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract, but there are further opportunities for extension and / or permanent. The business has a great, supportive culture and hybrid working. The ideal candidate will be Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and have a background working at this level within a commercial organisation.
Key Areas of the Role:
- Strategy & Planning - budgeting, forecasting, managing cash flow, profit and loss
- Financial Control - overseeing the management accounts and financial reporting
- Leadership - managing and leading a small team
- Board & Stakeholder Support - senior finance business partnering with commercial and operations, and communicating effectively to the board
- KPI Dashboards - supporting the business in terms of efficiency and profitability
